The ABC Programs and How They Were Developed

the foundation of the ABCs. The set of behaviors used as building blocks
in all Tememos® programs has been derived over a 20 year period
by analyzing the experiences of over 20,000 managers from diverse industries
across several countries. This hands-on research has determined the
behavioral qualities most likely to contribute to establishing and
maintaining win-win relationships.
Who the Programs Are ForABCs programs are for anyone whose work effectiveness is dependent upon working with others. The programs are particularly well-suited for executives, managers, physicians and health administrators, professional staff and general employee populations. Programs can be adapted for the needs of business, industry and government and can be applied to almost any professional field, including negotiation and sales. Temenos® uses proven methods of adult learning to ensure comprehension, retention and application. All ABCs programs begin with a pre-work questionnaire, filled out by you and those who know you. This assessment helps you to develop the ability to see yourself as others see you. During programs, role-playing exercises are audio or video taped, allowing you to see these patterns for yourself and monitor your own progress in adjusting your behavior accordingly. |
